Track Your KMs

Pools are closed and from most recent lockdown laws, swimming in public places such as beaches is banned. Your usual means of exercise is swimming but you can't swim? You can, however, Swim at Home!

There are a number of ways you can keep fit and active during the lockdown. We want to create some healthy competition, getting swimmers and clubs to track their kilometres each week.

Get 1 club member OR your coach to collate every swimmer's km totals for each week and to write it down on this sheet:

Make sure to write your club name under your region and update the km each week. Each week, we shall see which clubs are taking the lead! 

We have seen some of you track your distances already, including our long list athletes. You can track almost any distance activity you do, whether it be walking, running, cycling or using at-home equipment such as bikes, treadmills and rowing machines.

There are a number of different apps/tools to help you measure: Strava, Runtastic, Map my Fitness, Google Fit, Runkeeper and more!
